Blitz Beat
Skill overview
Blitz Beat is a skill attack that hits in a 1-cell area around the target. The number of hits scales with skill level (1 hit at Lv 1, up to 5 hits at Lv 5 on this server).
Range: 5 cells (extended by Vulture's Eye). Cast time: 1 500 ms. After-cast delay: 1 000 ms. Requires a Falcon.

Innate Hunter passive
Whenever a Hunter (with a Falcon and a bow equipped) lands an auto-attack, there is a chance to auto-cast Blitz Beat at a level scaled by job level.
Proc chance (%) = (LUK × 10 / 3 + 1) / 10
Cast level = min(learned_level, (job_level + 9) / 10)

Requirements: Falcon + Bow weapon + Blitz Beat learned. Does not consume SP and does not apply after-cast delay.
Flying Galapago
The Flying Galapago is a Hunter-only upper-headgear (equip level 70+) that adds a second independent Blitz Beat proc on every auto-attack.
Bonuses:
- +1 AGI
- Auto-cast Blitz Beat at learned level (requires Falcon)
- +50% Blitz Beat damage (applies to all sources: manual cast, innate passive, and hat proc)
Auto-cast rate formula:
Proc chance (%) = LUK/5 + AGI/5
Requires a Falcon
The hat's auto-cast only fires if a Falcon is equipped.
Damage with the hat equipped:
Per-hit damage (with hat) = (DEX/5 + INT + SteelCrow_Level × 6 + 80) × 1.5
