RODEX Mail System
RODEX is the in-game mail system that lets you send letters, items, and zeny directly to other players — no matter where they are in the world.
How to Access RODEX
Open the RODEX interface through any of the following:
- Press the Mail button in your in-game toolbar
- Use the shortcut key
Alt + K
Sending Mail
- Open RODEX and click the button Write Mail
- Enter the recipient's character name
- Write your title (at least 4 characters) and message (optional)
- Attach items and/or zeny if desired
- Click Send
Sending Fees

Receiving Mail
- When you have new mail, a notification icon appears on your toolbar
- Open RODEX and go to the Inbox tab
- Click a mail to open it, read the message and retrieve attachments
Mail Expiry
Mails are kept in your inbox for 15 days. After that, they are automatically deleted.
- If a mail with attachments expires, the items and zeny are returned to the sender
- Returned mail appears in the sender's inbox with a [Return] prefix in the title

Some server features deliver rewards automatically via RODEX system mail. These include:

Check your mail regularly
Don't let attachments expire! Make a habit of checking your RODEX inbox to collect your mails in time.
