Sitting Regeneration

NexusRO includes a passive HP/SP regeneration system that activates when you sit down.

How It Works

1. Sit down (user insert or write /sit)
2. After a 3-second grace period, regeneration begins
3. Each second, you recover:
   • MaxHP / 70 HP per second
   • MaxSP / 70 SP per second
4. Heal numbers appear above your character on each tick
5. Regen stops instantly when you stand up

Stacks with Natural Regen

This bonus regen stacks on top of the server's natural HP/SP regeneration intervals, making sitting noticeably more efficient for recovering between fights.
Combined with the character's natural regeneration, sitting brings you to full HP and SP in under 60 seconds.
